Official employment

Employment is carried out under Norwegian labor law, ensuring full legal protection and compliance with EU standards. You sign a direct contract with the employer — no intermediaries or recruitment agencies. The company provides full support before departure and after arrival in Norway:

• issuance of a D-number in Norway;
• preparation of all required permits and guarantee letters;
• paid induction and HSE training hours;
• security clearance from the operator (license holder) before site access;
• a mandatory medical examination before employment.

Employees are entitled to occupational pension contributions (OTP), holiday pay, and both public and additional private medical insurance provided by the company. At every stage of the process, you will be in touch with a personal curator, who assists and supports you.

Salary from €4000/month

The salary depends on the chosen rotation schedule:

• 15/15 — from €2000 net per working shift;
• 30/30 — from €4000 net per working shift.

Over a full year, the total income is the same, the difference is only in payout frequency: with 15/15 you receive payments more often, with 30/30 — larger amounts but less frequently. Salary is paid twice a month, always on time, directly to your European bank account.

In addition, you receive 40% of your monthly salary during off-shift rest periods. Relocation bonuses (one-time payments) may be provided for EU citizens. Holiday pay is accrued under Norwegian law, and all hours, including training, are paid. A personal curator accompanies you during the entire employment process.

Full Travel Reimbursement

The company covers all travel expenses to ensure smooth and safe arrival and return home. The package includes:

• round-trip flights to Norway;
• transfers and pickup at the airport upon arrival;
• transportation to accommodation and the work site;
• daily allowance on travel days according to company policy.

Before your flight, you will receive tickets, itinerary, and detailed instructions. All logistics are handled by the company’s department, and your personal curator remains in contact with you throughout the process.

Free Three Meals a Day

Employees are provided with three full meals daily in the canteen. The menu is designed to ensure balanced nutrition and enough energy for shift work.

Special diets (medical, vegetarian, or religious) can be arranged upon request. Additionally, accommodation facilities offer:

• tea, coffee, and light snacks 24/7;
• dining areas and rest zones;
• a shop with basic groceries and essentials.

Everyday questions regarding meals can also be resolved with the help of your curator, who is always available.

Comfortable Living Conditions

The company provides free accommodation in modern single or double rooms. Each room is equipped with:

• Wi-Fi and TV;
• a private shower and toilet;
• storage space for personal belongings.

Shared facilities include:

• a gym and sauna for relaxation;
• a laundry room with all necessary equipment;
• a canteen and dining area;
• a shop with groceries and household goods.

Accommodation is clean, modern, and designed for comfortable rest between shifts. If needed, your personal curator will assist you with household issues.

We Provide Workwear

The company provides all employees with workwear and protective equipment. A summer and winter set is issued once a year, with additional issuance available on request.

The full set includes:

• gloves;
• safety footwear;
• jackets and trousers for all seasons;
• vests, headwear, and other protective elements.

The uniforms are modern, comfortable, and meet safety requirements for work in Norwegian conditions. Clothing is replaced when necessary to maintain a professional appearance and safety standards. All questions about issuance or replacement can be handled through your curator.
